Yaron Havakuk

Holding a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Yaron is a recognised expert and lecturer, and a well-known figure in Israel's BI community. He has always had a passion for data and has been involved in dozens of BI projects. Over the years he has come to know a wide range of business models, gained experience working with organisations of all sizes, worked with many diverse information systems, and led the development of projects ranging from the smallest to the largest — those requiring on-site and remote team management alongside the implementation of complex architectures.
Izhar Baserman

Izhar holds an MBA and has more than 17 years of experience managing large strategic projects, writing tenders, holding senior management roles and managing clients at several companies. He brings rich and varied experience in defining client needs, requirements analysis, and delivering the final product to clients in its optimal form.
Merav Sela
Human Resources Manager
Holding an M.A. in Labour Studies and with 17 years in senior management roles in operations and human resources, Merav also previously served as VP at a leading company that provided outsourced project management for government ministries. In her role, Merav is responsible for running the company's entire human resources function and also oversees the recruitment process for new employees.
Lev Gelman
Chief Technology Officer
Active in the business intelligence field since 2006, Lev has mastered every aspect of managing data systems within the Microsoft environment and specialises in connecting systems across a range of innovative technologies to develop complex ETL processes, data warehouses and BI reporting.
Hazi Dahan
BI Developer & Project Manager
Hazi holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialisation in information systems from Shenkar College, and has proven experience in business intelligence, leading end-to-end BI development projects.
Lihia Mandel

Holding a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Reichman University (IDC), Lihia is currently pursuing her master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialisation in information systems.
Shahar Dekner

Shahar holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Shenkar College and graduated with high distinction from the Data Analysis course at INT College (the Open University).
Racheli Elihu

Racheli holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion University, bringing broad knowledge of technology, various platforms and coding languages.
