Accessibility Arrangements — DataCore Business Intelligence Ltd

DataCore makes every effort and invests considerable resources to provide all of its customers with equal, respectful, accessible and professional service. In accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law 5758-1998 and the regulations enacted under it, significant efforts and resources are invested in making the required accessibility adjustments, so that a person with a disability can receive the services provided to all customers, independently and on equal terms.

Building Accessibility

The following accessibility arrangements are available at our reception centre at 2 Bnei Berman St., Netanya:

  • Accessible parking spaces are available in the building's car park (paid), including for high vehicles.
  • There is a continuous accessible route from the car park through the entrance to the reception centre and up to the point of service (including lifts).
  • Accessible service stations are available at the reception centre.
  • Induction-loop assistive devices are installed for people with hearing impairments.
  • Accessible toilets are available in the building lobby and on the various floors.
  • Identification and wayfinding signage is in place.
  • Service animals assisting a person with a disability are permitted to enter the reception centre.
  • If needed, you can ask the service representatives at the stations for help filling in forms.

Accessible Customer Service

  • Staff training for accessible service – training sessions are held to raise awareness of accessibility among employees and to provide practical tools for delivering accessible service.
  • Accessible call centre – the voice response system has been made accessible, so information is delivered in clear language and without background music.
  • Additional ways to contact us – email: info@datacore.co.il, or through the contact page on the website.

Website Accessibility

An accessible website is one that allows people with disabilities and older people to browse with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as everyone else. According to a study conducted in 2003 by Microsoft, some 20 to 25 percent of the population encounter difficulties using the internet, and making websites accessible gives them better access to content. DataCore believes in and works towards equal opportunities online for users with various disabilities and for people who use assistive technology to operate a computer.
